As i look at the exciting year ahead, i feel scared of the hard work i have to put in. Yes, I love to slack. Sigh. Looking fwd to the melbourne trip to meet my dear Phuong. And cheers to me being disciplined to train.

Just came back from Macritchie cross country race. Came in 5th in womens open. A year ago it was 1st. dropping so much every year. Well, happy that at least fat, old me can still come in top few. And first time both Grandmas came to watch my race....and i dissappointed them:(

should be slping but I cant. Wine chicken at dinner was so good. Oh, the other night Hans was over for dinner. Wish I had more time to bring him to Sentosa....but scared him off with my driving.haha.

Ok, let this be a fresh start to the new year of racing and studies. Studies first, running 2nd. Cheers to many more good experiences with my upcoming departure back to the land where I slack alot.
