wanna crash orientation and experience all the games i missed out on....hope to do it next week. In the mean time, I have been training. Met Jono today at his house and we ran to rjc, even ran a bit inside, then took mrt and bus back to his house. so gao siao. then at the mrt, i stood infront of the fan cos i wanted to dry up my sweat. he said the fan kills....can lead to bronchitis and asthma. i just laughed. but his source was from a dr....never heard of it b4 though.

so sad, rained this morn so could not cycle with man sheng at mt faber.

the other day at the gym, met a guy called Robin. he showed me how to properly work the triceps and said that the triceps are hard to build. yay. i take comfort in that cos i totally have no tris.

tmw shld be fun....jamming with mw, eng keat and xiao rui. hope i can sing...still need to practise more.

till then, more training. jiao lian is back and he said wo jian fei le...keep it up me...
