half iron-man

signed up for half ironman in 6 weeks. thats 1.9km swim, 90km cycle, 21km run. really dont know how to complete it. just trng the past few days has been tiring enough.

fri: 17km cycle, 11km run

sat: 14km run, 48km cycle

today: 77km cycle

getting alot more hungry now. i hope i can keep this up. Michael( my iron-man coach cum med fren) says its abt consistency. Its hard to wake up ealry to train cos its so cold....so 5am training is def out of the question.

But i sort of love the env for cycling. alot less traffic than singapore, 10x better scenery and more hills.....(which i hate) but hills make u stronger!
