feeling depressed, so went to gorge in food. dont know why.

last nite after church, we had Sunday Night After Church(SNAC) at Marc Toh's house. its the best hse i've seen here for a long time. so sad he might be leaving at the end of the year. Tohie is a rheumatologist, and he is just one of the doctors at church i look up to. He plays the bass guitar, and other guitars and piano for church. had steam boat last nite. yummy vege. today was crap. only swam in the morn. just found out fellow swimmer mark works at centrelink and is the practice managed for his wife's clinic. his wife is a GP, graduated from newcastle uni!!! did not know that! So tmw Anna coming for lunch. day after, invited Greg for lunch. And then off to nic's house for a night. oh, today visited the pet shop in mayfield. saw the budgies, rainbow lorikeets, finches, cockatoos, love birds there. also saw some breeding boxes. wanted to buy 2 birds and start breeding them......i missed baby budgies.

then, while eating a chicken sandwich, i walked round to the freezer section, and saw frozen baby mice! almost felt like throwing up......then i thought they are for pet eagles.....they are actually for pet snakes! yeah, u can keep snakes. so the shop keeper explains this company kills the rats humanely. and i was trying not to imagine too much while still chewing on my sandwich.

so got out of the pet shop. but b4 that, went to stockton beach with the mentally disabled gp. feel like i can talk to them better now. although, i just learnt neva to shake any of their hands cos they go down under then they wanna shake ur hand. gross.....now then i found out after 20 handshakes. at the beach, met the resident beach dog, chopper. we played fetch with a stick. his name tag says

and going over the stockton bridge, i keep looking at the gaps in the rd, trying to convince that my road bike can go over them cos stockton is the best place to cycle....next to the river, beach nearby, some marshes and farms! and flat road....
