went to John Hunter Hosp today after tutorial. spent like 5 hours there. and only saw 3 patients! glad I went with Dushi, cos we discussed the cases afterwards. feel more confident with my stethoscoping skills now. althous, i just found out(after so long) that when u listen to the bell of the steth, u are supposed to turn the end round, so that the hols is on the bell end. So that explains why i never heard anything when i used to bell of the steth! But i think i have a lousy steth/hearing/big patients....yeah cant hear a single heart beat....
saw 2 cases of pneumonia, and Someone with previous acute myocardial infarction(heart attack).going to Belmont hosp tmw for more chest skills....yay.
